- Check-in days are Friday thru Sunday,
- All stays are 7 days, or multiple thereof,
- Elite Weeks (Christmas/New Year’s/Easter) are difficult to access and more $,
- All renters are required to have a major credit card at check-in for damage deposit,
- Full payment is required upon reserving,
- Once payment is received, I will forward you an Authorization letter as well as Confirmation Slip from the resort with your name attached.

Unlimited access to the whole resort INCLUDING the PUNTA POOL area.
- Butler Service: Have your fridge stocked for you before you arrive!
- Preferred Tee times guaranteed (Reservations 72 hours in advance),
- Preferred Spa services (Reservations 72 hours in advance),
- Preferred on-site Restaurant reservations (Reservations 24 hours in advance)
- Includes full gym/spa access, and free resort WiFi
- Option to include up 16 rounds of Golf on the Nayar Course (with Cart) and 2 massages.
Guaranteed Floors or Views
There is no guarantee as to building, floor, or view, and anyone who claims they can guarantee that, is not being truthful to you.
It all depends on the inventory on check-in day, and the membership level of the owner. These memberships levels can be Basic, Gold or Platinum.
I have a Platinum membership and if you rent from me, you too will get the same Platinum benefits (described above) on this is signified by the Black bracelets you will be given upon check in.
I can tell you that I have been an owner since 2002 and am at the highest level = Platinum. Thus, my owners usually get very good rooms, especially during the non-elite weeks (Christmas/New Year’s/Easter).
I always make special requests based on what my renters wish, and usually everything works out.
